September has come and gone, and we have now entered the last couple of weeks of October, which means Halloween is right around the corner. This time of year often revolves around carving pumpkins and watching scary movies—not to mention, figuring out your costume!
Whether you're staying home handing out candy or socializing at a spooky event, it's always fun to participate in Halloween activities. However, coming up with a costume can be difficult and time-consuming. That's when you can turn to makeup! Makeup is the perfect way to stay involved while avoiding the hassle of creating a costume from scratch.
Here are three easy Halloween costumes created with our Precision Liquid Eyeliner:
Cheetah
How to: Begin with a subtle orange eyeshadow and sweep it across the lid. Then, take a brown eyeshadow with a dense brush and apply it in small, non-uniform dots on your eyes. The key is to avoid making the dots identical—every cheetah is unique! With your liquid eyeliner, outline the spots, but do not complete the circle; instead, create a semi-circle to define your cheetah print to finish off your fierce look.
60s Icon Twiggy
How to: Start by applying liquid liner at the base of your lashes to create a bold line. To recreate Twiggy's famous cut crease, follow your natural crease. As a guide, use eyeshadow and an eyeliner brush to draw a thin, curved line just above the crease. Then, use your liquid eyeliner to trace over the line to enhance the definition. Top off the look with thick lashes on both the top and bottom. To further emphasize your bottom lashes, try mimicking them with your liner by drawing small dash lines.
Skeleton
How to: Using your liquid eyeliner, start at the corner of your mouth, extending the smile line to just below the hollows of your cheeks. Along this extension, draw small vertical lines resembling teeth. On the tip of your nose, draw an upside-down heart. Then, loosely outline the following features with thin lines: jaw, cheekbone, eye, and forehead. For added depth, you can use black eyeshadow to shade around the eyeliner, enhancing the skeletal effect.
