Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Evalina Beauty products and we have a 30-day return policy if you aren't completely satisifed, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@evalinabeauty.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address 1950 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C. V7P 2S8.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how/if and where to send your package. Please request a return before sending your product back. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@evalinabeauty.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
